Our 2021 updates to ARC’s Active Choices curriculum has me thinking about being single, and the stigma that often exists around it. We updated Active Choices with the latest research and I found myself pondering the fact that lots of people get married for the wrong reasons. One of those reasons is that people think they ought to be married.

One of our most popular courses became a big hit in the military in 2020 when, because of covid 19 shut-downs, they stepped out of their comfort zones to try something new.
