Active Military Life and Resiliency Skills (AMLRS) + Mastery Series
Monday – Thursday Dual Certification
This four-day virtual instructor training is a suite focused on the services for individuals (Days 1 & 2) AND for couples (Days 3 & 4). This training is best taken as all four days in order to integrate the multiple uses for various audiences. However, you may register either for days 1 & 2 only, OR for all four days.
*No new class members will be allowed to join this training suite after day 1.
Monday/Tuesday: The Mastery Series + Active Military Life and Resiliency Skills (AMLRS)
- These two days are focused on material and activities for individuals.
Subject matter to be covered includes (but is not limited to)
- Key communication styles and roadmaps for success
- Emotions and your body: why we respond in the ways we do
- Emotional upsets: Mapping and managing them well
- Personal happiness: building mindfulness
- Anger versus abuse: how to handle anger well
- The art of diplomacy: skills for effective negotiation
- Differences between single and married life:
- Predictors of relationship satisfaction: what works
- The chemistry of attraction and what to know about real love
- Discovering strengths and celebrating goals
General Description: Essential Skills with practical, dynamic interactive exercises for couples and individuals to increase connections and relationship health in their personal lives and professional careers.
Wednesday/Thursday: The Mastery Series+ Active Military Life & Resiliency Skills (AMLRS)
- These two days are focused on material and activities for couples.
- Only people who have registered for 4-day training will be eligible for this class

- Great skills for communicating with intention, respect and love
- Financial roles and responsibilities: working as a team
- Healthy habits of relating to foster camaraderie
- Diplomacy to address differences using S.M.A.R.T.
- Commitment, fidelity and what to know for healing wounds
- The biology of love & the love recipe
- Building traditions: Ideas for staying close and keeping love alive
